Hello! My name is Aisha. I have been teaching mindfulness for over 5 years to participants in high schools to students with the Crisis Centre and post secondary schools to staff and faculty at UBC. I also have a dog called Max, he likes to meditate too.
VANCOUVER MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS
I offer virtual mindfulness workshops for staff at businesses, universities, post secondary institutions and more. Classes include 15 minute mindfulness sessions for humans, and "petidate" mindfulness sessions for humans and their pets.
