15 MINUTE VIRTUAL MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
Increase focus and connection
Book mindfulness sessions for your team, staff or employees where you can practice focusing on breathing, body sensations, sounds, connection to others and more. Sessions can be booked individually or as packages of 5 or 10. This class is popular before the start of work days or during lunch breaks.
15 MINUTE PETIDATE - MEDITATE WITH YOUR PETS AND CO-WORKERS
Increase team building and play
Gather your co-workers and their pets for a virtual mindfulness session of focusing on your pets' body sensations, breathing, texture, smells and more. This class is a great way to have a break from work, increase solidarity and shift attention onto play. Aisha's dog Max will co-host the session with Aisha.
